Ethan's room finished!

So we finally finished up Ethan's room this past weekend! We now (for the most part) have everything we need for when he joins us. I do want to get a couple more pictures to hang on the wall, but that's not too big of a project.




Ethan's been hiccuping a LOT recently too. For the most part it's not that bad..unless it's 5am and it wakes me up! He's also getting pretty big and it's starting to hurt me at times when he moves around...

Valentine's Day and 29 weeks!

What a great V-day weekend! Since Valentine's day was on Sunday, we decided to go out for dinner the day before. Of course on Saturday I was EXHAUSTED but managed to push through :) We also went out that morning and bought the rest of the stuff for Ethan's room-so for the most part, it's ALL FINISHED!!! I'll post pics later on. Josh surprised me with some beautiful flowers

and a book i've been wanting for awhile now. He got some new cologne from me. That night we had a reservation at The Cliff House for 6:30. We hadn't been to this place before so we were looking forward to it! :)

We also decided to take some pics of my 29 week belly too!



The next day we went out for breakfast and relaxed the rest of the day...what a great weekend!!

3D ultrasound!

So we had our 3D today...I was soooo excited this morning for it! We got a ton of pictures and they even made a dvd of the session as well (i'll try to put the video up later). So, every ultrasound i've had, Ethan has been VERY stubborn about and does not like the camera...and I found out today was no different. We couldn't get a full face shot of him AT ALL!!! We did get a few profile pics but the rest of the time he spent burying his head into my placenta. I tried jumping up and down and shaking my belly but he just wouldn't budge...he was sleepy.

Here's a profile pic...he's facing to the right, you can see his shoulder and his right arm-the arm is curled up and his hand is kinda under his chin..


Here's another profile..his eyes look more open




This one is harder to see..it's his right side, but more of his back and back of his head..you can see his right ear and his little shoulder!


This one's pretty hard to see too..it's a picture of his right side, torso-he kind of looks like a little frog-you see his right arm coming down and then bends back up and his right leg is curled up into his belly..can you see it?!



So it was a pretty neat experience, I was just hoping to have gotten a face front photo-stubborn boy! I'll try to upload the video on here later...next doctor's appointment in 2 weeks :)
